Len Nored, owner and founder, brings over 37 years of combined Fire Service and consulting experience to every exam we develop. Having spent 28 years in Civil Service, retiring as an Assistant Chief, he gained unique, intimate insight into the complexities of HR requirements, labor relations, and the vital need for a professionally validated, impartial promotional process across both Fire suppression and EMS operations.

Jason Nored

Jason Nored has been in the fire service for 20 years and currently serves as the Assistant Chief with the Bryan Fire Department. Jason has a bachelor’s degree from West Texas A&M University in Emergency Management, and is currently seeking his Master's degree in Organizational Leadership. Following the completion of his degree, Jason plans to offer leadership consulting within the fire service. Jason has been writing and reviewing promotional exams for more than 10 years.
